You may have heard that we POPPED UP and SOLD OUT last month during the Crave Sydney International Food Festival?
Just like one of the festival’s “Top 10 Bars” which saw over 350 wine loving larrikins through the door of our 'secret' venue and a whole lot of heavenly Hunter wine on offer, we will be doing it all again, just in time for Christmas.
Celebrate the start up of the silly season with a few mates, or pop along and try some new tipples at this brand new inner-Sydney venue. We’ll show you how the New Generation Hunter Valley likes to roll around Christmas time and give you some tips for some seriously good Christmas cheer.
As always, there will be prizes, so we hope you’ve been a good boy or girl this year – trust us, we’ve been watching!

On Friday 21st October the New Generation Hunter Valley boys will be popping up in a secret Sydney location to show Sydney-siders why the Hunter is hotting up and who is making some of the sexiest Semillon and Shiraz around.
Tickets are only $30 for a whole lot of heavenly Hunter wine and a chance to meet the characters behind the brands.
Register for tickets HERE on Saturday 27 August and we will expose the secret location to you in the week prior to the event, and beware – these boys could pop up anywhere!

Dinner with Stefano Manfredi and the New Generation Hunter Valley Boys | 8 October 2011
Bells at Killcare and the New Generation Hunter Valley will be a force to be reckoned with at this year’s Crave Sydney Food Festival.
On Sunday 8 October at 7pm, Bells at Killcare acclaimed chef Stefano Manfredi and the New Generation winemakers will be teaming up for the 100 Miles Meals Events where all produce and wine sourced for the dinner must be from within a 100 mile (160km) radius of the picturesque Bells at Killcare.
Manfredi be creating a five course degustation menu which will be matched with New Generation Hunter Valley wines, and the boys will be at the dinner to chat about their wines and what’s hot in the Hunter.
Tickets on sale August 27 and will sell out fast.

With six top Hunter Valley Winemakers, 10 locations, 20 events and dinners between Melbourne and Noosa, 2000 kms covered and a whole lot of fun and frivolity, this road-trip is set to be a once in a life time experience. If this little ‘surfari’ doesnt bring Hunter Valley wines into the top of minds and onto the palates of the Australian consumer, who knows what will!
